Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged children, particularly those with speech and language disorders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and students.
- Ability to implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Knowledge of various speech and language disorders and appropriate intervention strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of speech and language services as directed by a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Implement individual and group treatment plans tailored to students' needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support students' overall educational goals.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and needs.
