Pittsburgh Transportation Group is looking for experienced CDL Driver to help support our daily fleet operations. This full-time role is essential in delivering safe, dependable, and professional transportation services to the community.
What You’ll Do as a CDL Driver:
As a CDL Driver, you will:
- Safely operate company vehicles on assigned passenger routes
- Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Maintain a clean, well-presented vehicle and promptly report maintenance concerns
- Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies
- Assist passengers courteously during boarding, exiting, and luggage handling
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delays, updates, or route changes
- Accurately complete trip logs, fuel records, and inspection documentation
- Work with maintenance personnel to resolve vehicle issues
- Perform additional related duties as needed
What You’ll Need as a CDL Driver:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of CDL or passenger transport experience (preferred)
- Strong driving skills with a commitment to safety and customer service
Required Licenses & Certifications:
- Valid CDL license
- State Inspection License
- Ability to pass a DOT physical
