QUALIFICATIONS

Highest commitment to quality customer service with the ability to work within a team and unsupervised.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.

Strong computer skills; Ability to learn and work with new programs.

High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree or higher preferred

Must have valid driver's license and a car that can be used for work.

Bilingual language skills a plus.

Must possess a strong work ethic and be a self-starter!!

Able to lift 50 pounds if needed.

PAY AND REPORT TO STRUCTURE

This is an hourly position with a monthly bonus tied to trailing collections and gross margin % of the branch. This position reports directly to the Selling Branch Manager. Daily/Weekly schedule is set by the Selling Branch Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is primarily responsible for all of the general office tasks including but not limited to the following:

ADMINISTRATIVE

Filing, data entry of all types, taking applications, answering phones, processing and payout of employees, inventory, and customer setup and accuracy. Assist Branch Manager as needed with dispatch.

SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE

This position also is responsible for customer service calls to ensure that we are providing world class service that exceeds customer expectations, telemarketing, appointment setting, follow up calls to clients to confirm orders for next morning, sending out introductory letters to prospective customers always trying to get the personal appointment, following up on those as well as generally trying to build the business and provide the best customer service possible to both customers and employees.

COLLECTIONS

This position is responsible for keeping customer billing accounts in order according to company standards set. Making “first invoice” calls to new customers and keeping detailed, up to date notes in our software. Perform collections calls to client’s daily/weekly. Ensure client has necessary paperwork to pay invoices timely.
