Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: Up to $27.00/hour (DOE)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Santa Fe Springs! If you have experience with full-cycle accounts payable, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working with vendors and internal teams, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Review, sort, and organize invoices by vendor and store location.
• Verify pricing, quantities, and supporting documentation.
• Enter invoices into the ERP system with a high level of accuracy.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
• Request and track missing Proofs of Delivery (PODs) and supporting documents.
• Run reports and system queries to identify missing invoices or errors.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• File and maintain AP records for audit readiness.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely invoice processing.
• Assist with special projects and other accounting duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Full-cycle Accounts Payable experience required.
• Experience with large ERP systems; Oracle ERP is highly preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs, are a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
