We are looking for a business professional looking to manage a Farmers Insurance agency in the South Metro area of the Twin Cities. Though insurance experience is great, it is not necessary. We are very interested in speaking with candidates who are business minded, community based, and sales oriented.
This position will focus on learning the ins and outs of the business: customer retention, business development, and overall business management.
The average salary for this position is $85,000/ year but will depend on performance and learning ability. There is uncapped potential with this opportunity and quick growth potential!

Responsibilities
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- At least 3 years of sales, account management, business development, and/or marketing experience
- Goal-oriented and thrives in a reward-based atmosphere
- Excellent written and verbal communications, as well as positive interpersonal skills
- Optimistic attitude demonstrating positivity, enthusiasm, self-motivation, and exceptional work ethic
- Organizational and time management skills
Requirements
- Ability to submit to and pass a company background check (misdemeanors/ felonies do not automatically disqualify candidates but must be disclosed)
- Has reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
- Conducts themselves with the utmost professionalism and represents the company in a positive light
- Ethical in dealings with clients, co-workers, and members of the community
- Have or willing to obtain MN Property/ Casualty and Life/ health insurance licenses (we pay for this process)
