Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk in Dallas, TX to support daily office operations. Responsibilities include answering phones, reconciling invoices, scanning and entering documents, and preparing accounts payable. The ideal candidate is efficient, accurate, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Requirements:• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or certifications in office administration is a plus
• Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
• Proficiency in data entry with extreme attention to detail
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with a 1 hour lunchBenefits: • Medical, dental, short- and long- term disability, and vision coverage
