Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced Pharmacy Technicians with specialized expertise in IV certification and home infusion. The role is based in Citrus Heights, CA, offering a focused contract assignment with a 13-week duration and potential for contract to hire.
Responsibilities include verifying and checking TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition) preparations, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow within the pharmacy setting. Candidates must demonstrate strong prior experience working with IV/TPN pounding and handling infusion pharmacy processes.
Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Pharmacy Technician certification with IV certification
- Proven experience in Home Infusion pharmacy services
- Strong proficiency with TPN pounding and verification
- Familiarity with CPR+ software is highly preferred
- Must hold an active Pharmacy Technician license relevant to the assignment
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a high-volume setting

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
