Qualifications:
- Current or eligible Michigan school psychologist license (will consider those who can obtain it prior to start)
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Comfortable working with students across all grade levels, K-12
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive school climate
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
- Interpret evaluation results and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
- Develop and implement intervention strategies and IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Consult with educators, families, and administrators to promote student success
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and ongoing support as needed
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in alignment with district and state standards
