What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
As a Dental Assistant, you will be the backbone of our clinical flow, ensuring our patients feel comfortable and our doctors are seamlessly supported.

Provide high-quality chairside assisting for a variety of restorative and general dentistry procedures.

Prepare, break down, and thoroughly sterilize treatment rooms and instruments according to OSHA guidelines.

Take and process high-quality digital radiographs (X-rays).

Anticipate the dentist's needs to maintain an efficient, on-time daily schedule.

Educate patients on post-op care and treatment plans with a warm, professional demeanor.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

Experience: 1–2 years of dental assisting experience is preferred (General dentistry exposure is a major plus).

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital workflows, digital X-rays, and intraoral scanners (or a strong willingness to learn).

Skills: Exceptional chairside manner, strong communication skills, and an ability to anticipate clinical needs.

Mindset: Reliable, punctual, proactive, and a true team player.

Certification: X-ray certification required (or willing to obtain).
