A client of Insight Global is seeking an AP Clerk to join their team! This individual will be responsible for managing and processing invoices and financial records for a range of vendors. Responsibilities will include reviewing invoices with discrepancies, daily processing of payment requests, reimbursements, and debit memos, responding to inquiries regarding payment dates, missing payments, deductions, and more, and maintaining open lines of communication between internal and external personnel regarding payment schedules and invoice statuses. Qualified candidates must be able to stay organized in a fast-paced working environment, collaborate with various team members, and stay focused while performing certain repetitive tasks.
Compensation: $18/hr to $20/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
