Business Development / Marketing position for General Contractor company currently looking to hire an experience Marketing Representative person who has a positive attitude, strong communication skills and detailed-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
· Expand upon existing marketing strategy and execute marketing plans: Create and implement strategic marketing plans to promote business services and drive growth
· Lead, manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns such as digital, social media, email, etc
· Ensure consistency in brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all marketing platforms
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and identify new growth opportunities
· Implement strategies to generate qualified leads
· Oversee creation of content, including social media posts, flyers, newsletters and website
· Manage marketing budget effectiveness, ensuring cost efficiency while achieving marketing objectives
· Work closely with teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
· Attend and participate in marketing events
· Target new business opportunities by building relationships, pursuing referrals, and conducting research to identify qualified corporate businesses
· Submit activity and result report, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis to management
· Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work scheduled to call on / visit existing and potential customers
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of inside sales / marketing experience (B2B sales preferred)
· Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and driving results
· Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (luxor, CRM, DASH, social media, email marketing)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
· Must possess a valid US drivers license and good driving record
· Self-motivated and hard working
· High level of integrity
Compensation:
· Salary and commission based (80K)
