Occupational Therapy services are sought for an elementary school setting in Williamsburg, VA. This role focuses on providing targeted support to one student, addressing their unique needs through a structured and compassionate therapeutic approach.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working with children, particularly in a school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans
• Knowledge of compensatory services and school policies

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate the occupational needs of the student
• Develop and implement a personalized therapy plan
• Provide one hour of therapy per week, along with additional compensatory services as needed
• Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to ensure comprehensive support
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
