Fairfield Inn & Suites O'fallon, Il in O Fallon, IL is looking for one housekeeper with the ability to cross train as houseman, to join our 28 person strong team. We are located on 1180 Central Park Drive. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, scrub, mop and vacuum floors
• Change linens, clean bathrooms, tubs and showers
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated area
• Maintain health and sanitary requirements

Qualifications

• Ability to manage time effectively to ensure completion of tasks
• Weekend availability is a must
• Knowledge of cleaning practices and procedure - prior hotel housekeeping experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under little supervision
