Job Title: Warehouse Worker!!
Job Description
The warehouse worker will be an integral part of the shipping and receiving department, contributing to the assembly of parts and ensuring efficient material management.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a production team to assemble parts.
- Sort and place material or items on tables, racks, or bins.
- Manually assemble satellite sub-assembly parts.
- Utilize various hand tools, measuring, and test equipment.
- Clean assembled parts and place them in protective bags or boxes.
- Pack, seal, and move boxes.
- Pick up, move, and sort small parts.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in packing, inventory, picking, packaging, shipping, and receiving.
- General labor skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work legally in the U.S.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Associate degree or certificate in a technical area.
- Experience in assembly or manufacturing.
- High aptitude for working with small electronics, including soldering small electrical components or mechanical equipment.
- Experience in the space or aeronautical field.

The role is based in a shipping and receiving department where you will use various hand tools, measuring, and test equipment. The environment is focused on teamwork, precision, and efficiency. Dress code is casual, suitable for a warehouse setting.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
