Account Executive – Enterprise Software Sales
Location: New York, NY - 40% Travel Required
Compensation: $80K - $150K per year + Uncapped commissions
We’re seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive growth, secure new accounts, and expand revenue opportunities in the Northeast. Ideal candidates bring a hunter mentality, passion for digital transformation, and experience selling into SLED and Healthcare organizations.
What You’ll Do
- Own client relationships and deliver measurable value
- Prospect and close new business (net-new logos)
- Collaborate with internal teams and partner account managers on go-to-market strategy
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → negotiation → close
- Build trust as a long-term advisor to clients
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years enterprise software sales experience; proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Experience selling into SLED and Healthcare sectors
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with C-level stakeholders
- Hunter mindset with strong business development skills
Preferred
- Familiarity with value-based or strategic selling methodologies
- Experience in partner ecosystems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
