Join Our Dynamic Oncology Team!\n\nJob Description:\n\n- Unit Information:\n - Unit: K9A- Oncology/Women’s Surgical\n - Location: Asheville, NC\n - Number of Beds: 24\n - Number of Staff: 42\n - Patient Ratios: 1:4 or 1:5\n - EMR: Cerner\n\n- Team Structure:\n - Day Shift: \n - 1 CNC\n - 4-6 RNs\n - 2 CNAs\n - 1 HUC\n - Night Shift: \n - 1 CNC \n - 4-6 RNs\n - 2 CNAs\n\n- Equipment:\n - Standard unit equipment\n\n- Qualifications:\n - Must Have:\n - RN License\n - BLS Certification\n - Preferred:\n - Chemo Certification\n\n- Typical Procedures:\n - Occasional pelvic exams\n - Echo and thoracentesis\n\n- Ideal Candidate:\n - Team players\n - Eager and willing to learn\n\n- Work Environment:\n - Floating to other med-surg units is rare\n - Staff required to work 6 weekend days per schedule\n - Rare on-call duties\n\n- Dress Code:\n - RNs: Navy, white, or a combination of both colors\n - CNAs: Galaxy Blue\n\n- Experience Required:\n - Minimum of 2 years\n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
