Our organization, dedicated to Women's Health, consists of skilled Physicians who possess the expertise required to deliver obstetrical and gynecological care tailored to the diverse age groups of our patients.
Located in Trumbull, CT, our Women's Obstetrics & Gynecology practice is currently in search of a full-time Physician to enhance our OB/GYN services. The existing medical team comprises 4 MDs, 1 ND, 1 PA, and 1 DO, all of whom share on-call responsibilities and serve patients across two office locations. Our practice is affiliated with a local hospital.
Applicants should be capable of diagnosing patient conditions and offering suitable treatment options. A solid understanding of fetal growth and development principles is essential, along with the ability to recognize and address the specific needs of patients based on their age.
Position Highlights:
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and gather patient medical information, including health history and examination results.
- Order or perform therapeutic procedures such as injections, immunizations, and basic wound care.
- Provide guidance and counseling to patients on adhering to prescribed treatment plans, understanding normal growth and development, family planning, managing daily emotional challenges, and maintaining health.
- Create and execute patient management strategies, monitor hospitalized patients as necessary, document progress notes, and ensure continuity of care.
- Achieve proficiency in the Electronic Medical Record System.
- Submit billing at the time of patient visits.

Requirements:
- Experience in OB/GYN or Women's Health
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution
- Board certified or board eligible
- Valid Connecticut medical license
- Federal and state controlled substance licenses
- BLS certification
- Eligibility for hospital privileges
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), active listening, and customer service abilities
