Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 3 weekend shifts within 4-week schedule period

- 49-bed Medical-Surgical unit with 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Strong support team including unit secretaries and patient care technicians on each shift
- Meditech electronic medical record system
- Comprehensive patient care including post-operative care, wound management, and tracheostomy care
- Standard medical equipment including vital sign monitors, bladder scanners, and patient lifts
- Patient-centered care model with emphasis on AIDET, bedside reporting, and hourly rounding
Requirements:
- Active Missouri RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Experience with IV therapy, catheter insertion, wound care, NG/feeding tubes, and tracheostomy care
- Proficiency with electronic medical record documentation
- Ability to float per facility policy
