Summary of Responsibilities
As our in-home Sales Representative (AKA: ‘Design Consultant’) with EcoView Windows & Doors, you’ll be the face of the brand — meeting with homeowners, understanding their needs, and helping them choose energy-efficient windows and doors that elevate comfort, style, and value. You’ll guide each client through a simple, transparent sales process built on trust and professionalism, not pressure.

Essential Functions
- Build lasting relationships with both customers and teammates — contributing to a positive, trust-based culture
- Meet with homeowners in their homes to assess current windows and doors, identify needs, and recommend the best EcoView solutions.
- Deliver product presentations that highlight energy efficiency, design options, installation process, and warranty benefits.
- Perform on-site measurements to ensure accurate quoting and smooth installation handoffs.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, clearly explaining pricing, financing, and product value.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls, texts, and emails to maintain engagement and close open opportunities.
- Close sales confidently by guiding homeowners through the purchase process with transparency and professionalism.
- Track your leads/sales, maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure each project transitions smoothly from sale to completion.
- Stay informed on EcoView product lines and promotions to confidently answer questions and maximize sales opportunities.
Education, Experience, and Skills Required
- 5+ years’ experience in in-home Sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong listening and consultative skills
- High level of integrity, reliability and accountability
- Detail oriented/Organized
- Tech Savvy
Compensation
- A draw for the first few weeks, moving to 10% commission on the total sale
- Earning Potential: $100,000+ annually
- This role is performance based and not an hourly position
