The branch manager is responsible for leading all departments within the branch. This includes overseeing the sales team, customer service, fleet maintenance, logistics, and ensuring the achievement of financial and performance goals. The role involves leading team meetings, coaching the counter staff, and handling all reports.

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 5 PM, with no Saturdays. The current team comprises 13-15 reports, with a goal to grow to about 20.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $97000.00/yr.
