Responsibilities

Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through outreach, networking, and referrals


Present solutions based on customer needs and goals


Execute daily activity targets, including calls, appointments, and follow-ups


Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results


Collaborate closely with leadership on business planning and growth initiatives


Participate in ongoing professional development related to sales, operations, and leadership


Assume increased responsibility, including strategy and operational planning and mentoring and supporting team members
