Job SummaryWe are looking for Resident in Counseling to join our team! You will play a crucial role in evaluating patients, developing individual treatment plans, and providing therapy to military members, veterans, law enforcment and first responders. &nbsp; Responsibilities&nbsp;

<li>Implement standards of care for counselors&nbsp;</li>
<li>Participate in clients’ plans of care.</li>
<li>Perform client evaluations and help develop a treatment plan</li>
<li>Assess the psychosocial status of the clients</li>
<li>Make follow-up sessions to assess and continue the plans of care</li>
<li>Plan interventions based on client's needs and findings&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in counseling</li>
<li>Experience in therapy and counseling, including virtual care</li>
<li>An active Virginia license as a Resident in Counseling&nbsp;</li>
<li>Military culture, law enforcement or first respondor competency</li>
