Job SummaryWe are looking for Resident in Counseling to join our team! You will play a crucial role in evaluating patients, developing individual treatment plans, and providing therapy to military members, veterans, law enforcment and first responders.
Responsibilities
- Implement standards of care for counselors
- Participate in clients’ plans of care.
- Perform client evaluations and help develop a treatment plan
- Assess the psychosocial status of the clients
- Make follow-up sessions to assess and continue the plans of care
- Plan interventions based on client's needs and findings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling
- Experience in therapy and counseling, including virtual care
- An active Virginia license as a Resident in Counseling
- Military culture, law enforcement or first respondor competency
