We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The BCBA will provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to support children and families. This role includes direct oversight of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaboration with families and service providers, and ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), skills assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based ABA therapy, including behavior acquisition and reduction strategies.
  • Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCaBAs.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other service providers to integrate treatment goals (IEPs, ISPs).
  • Maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA, BACB, and funding requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ensure all clinical practices meet state, federal, and accreditation standards.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and ongoing training.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) active certification required
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Strong experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, assessments, and treatment planning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to supervise, mentor, and train RBTs and other staff
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance, state/federal regulations, and accreditation standards
