Project Assistant – Construction (San Francisco, CA)
Salary: $60,000–$75,000

ParkerBeth Search Partners has partnered with a leading Bay Area construction firm to find a talented Project Assistant for their team on the UCSF Parnassus Heights Hospital project in San Francisco.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support Project Managers and Executives in daily coordination
  • Manage and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Maintain document control and job logs
  • Prepare meeting minutes, correspondence, and reports
  • Serve as the communication link between office and field

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of project or construction administration experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Bluebeam or Procore a plus
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in San Francisco
