As a Registered Nurse specializing in Med-Surg, you will work in a 47-bed acute care environment known for serving diverse patient populations. Collaborate alongside an accomplished team of over 300 healthcare professionals, each bringing unique approaches to patient care and leadership. Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment—with flexibility typical to travel nursing contracts

Qualifications:

• Active RN license, eligible for practice in New Mexico
• At least one year of recent Med-Surg experience required
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical unit
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and intervention outcomes
• Provide patient and family education using evidence-based best practices
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and safety initiatives
