Responsibilities:
• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Oversee accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and payment tracking.
• Handle billing functions by preparing and issuing invoices in a timely manner.
• Perform account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial records.
• Maintain detailed and accurate financial documentation for audits and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline financial workflows.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide support for special projects or ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in handling billing functions and preparing account reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and financial regulations.
