About the Position
In this role, you will operate within a supportive outpatient environment that emphasizes personalized, patient-centered care, evidence-based treatment strategies, and teamwork that values your development and insights.
Job Description
Our organization is seeking a full-time staff physical therapist to join our team in Buffalo and Sheridan, Wyoming. The ideal candidate will be eager to advance professionally and build community and professional relationships. We emphasize mentoring and collaboration to ensure each therapist delivers high-quality, patient-focused care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting evaluations and re-evaluations
- Creating tailored care plans
- Implementing evidence-based treatment methods to help patients regain their previous level of function
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and billing
Preferred qualifications include a solid understanding of the musculoskeletal system, familiarity with various post-operative protocols, and experience in wound care. We actively encourage and financially support specialty certifications and fellowship training. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with highly skilled therapists in a dynamic environment, providing 1:1 care to patients on a 40–60-minute schedule. Compensation is negotiable based on experience, certifications, and specialties.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated work or clinical experience as a physical therapist
- Extensive education and clinical expertise
- Ability to manage diverse patient personalities
- Current knowledge of treatment practices
- Commitment to continuous learning and growth
- Professional demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Valid physical therapy license (willing to work with a limited license until full licensure is obtained)
- Graduate degree or higher in physical therapy
