This Executive Assistant role sits at the center of that work. You’ll support a senior Consultant, serving as a true partner in the execution of high-level search mandates and client engagements. What You'll Tackle
You’ll operate as a strategic partner across high-priority projects, ensuring senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders stay aligned and on track.
Executive Support & Operations

Manage complex, ever-changing calendars across internal and external stakeholders

Coordinate detailed travel, itineraries, and meeting preparation

Draft, edit, and manage confidential communications and documentation

Process expenses and support billing and administrative workflows

Maintain accurate records and documentation across internal systems

Provide general operational and office support as needed
Project & Stakeholder Coordination

Serve as the central point of contact for active projects

Keep timelines, milestones, and deliverables organized and on schedule

Facilitate communication between senior leaders and cross-functional partners

Prepare polished materials for meetings, presentations, and external engagements

Anticipate bottlenecks, proactively problem-solve, and ensure follow-through

Support preparation of business development materials and strategic initiatives
This role requires strong judgment, careful prioritization, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts with discretion and professionalism.
What You Bring
Experience
-
7+ years of administrative experience, ideally within a professional services, consulting, or financial environment

Proven experience supporting senior-level executives

Bachelor’s degree preferred

The Perks & Practicalities
Location: New York (Midtown)
Compensation: $95-120k + OT + Bonus

Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days in office
