Positions Purpose and Summary:

Under the supervision of the CIO, the Call Center Representatives serve as the first line of customer service via phones.


Positions Main duties and Responsibilities:


  • Provide the highest level of service.
  • Be knowledgeable and efficient with the phone system.
  • Answer questions and assist customers with their accounts, both deposit and loans.
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate department or employee.
  • Review fraud reports daily.
  • Approve or deny mobile deposits that need review.
  • Rotational Saturday duties as Call Center Personnel.
  • Promote bank products and services.
  • Represent the bank through involvement in community events and/or civic organizations.
  • Report any discrepancies or suspicious activity.


Requirements:

Qualification Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background check must be passed.
  • Organizational skills and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to interact within all levels of the Bank.
  • Ability to read and interpret policies, procedures, memorandums, etc.
  • Ability to present oneself in an appropriately clean professional dress and manner
  • Provide courteous, knowledgeable and professional customer service both in person and on the phone
  • Assume responsibility, display initiative, and exercise good judgment
  • Display an ability to remain attentive and discreet
  • Ability to work cooperatively and interact within all levels of the Bank as part of a formal or informal team to accomplish Bank goals; to respect the needs, ideas, and contributions of others


Working Conditions and Environment:


This job operates in a professional office environment. This is a full-time position, averaging 40 hours per week. This is a non-exempt position.
