  • Partner with publishers and platforms to negotiate rates, manage budgets, and identify innovation opportunities.

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Own day-to-day campaign execution, pacing, and optimization to ensure performance against KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR, and reach.
  • Utilize AI-assisted optimization and automated testing frameworks to enhance performance.
  • Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, or performance issues quickly and effectively.
  • Partner with internal teams to test emerging AI-based media solutions.
  • Deliver post-campaign analyses with clear insights and forward-looking recommendations.
  • Stay current on advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and responsible AI practices in media.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Working knowledge of ad servers and measurement platforms.
  • Understanding of privacy regulations (CCPA, GDPR) and evolving measurement frameworks.

Research & Innovation

  • Use tools such as Nielsen, Comscore, eMarketer, and platform insights to inform planning.
  • Monitor trends in AI-driven media buying, CTV innovation, creator partnerships, and performance modeling.
  • Share learnings to help IW Group stay ahead of industry shifts.

Education & Experience
