Cardio Procedure Scheduler!
Duties:
- Will be scheduling for cardiac testing at the hospital
- Coordinating with the providers schedule and make sure scheduled appropriately
- Patient prep before testing
- Coordinating with hospital to make sure everything is set up prior
- May be scheduling heart procedures down the line but starting out, only scheduling testing
- Electronic faxes
- Benefit verification
- Insurance eligibility
- Typically schedule 10 cardiac tests on a daily basis (Can vary based on patient volume)
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications
- 1- 3 Years of Scheduling Experience (Must be Testing, Surgery, Procedure Experience - Not Open to Appt. Scheduling Experience)
- HS Diploma
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Ability to Work Well Under Deadlines
