Develop and execute sales strategies to increase hotel revenue.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel agents.
• Respond quickly and effectively to all client queries and concerns.
• Conduct site inspections and tours to showcase the hotel's capabilities to potential clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales information and activities.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the hotel brand.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, including rates and terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with other departments within the hotel, such as marketing and operations, to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports to the senior management team regarding sales performance and market trends.
• Act as the face of the hotel during sales interactions and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in hotel sales management
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
