Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Client: Precision Manufacturing Company
Location: Monticello, MN 55362
Duration: Full-time | Permanent
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist leads full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, collaborating with hiring managers to define requirements, source top talent, and manage onboarding. This role also supports training programs, HR marketing, and community engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance with HR policies and safety standards.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in recruiting (technical recruiting preferred)
- SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Partner with hiring managers to create/revise job descriptions and manage hiring process
- Conduct interviews, coordinate offers, and manage onboarding
- Support internship, youth skills training, and employee development programs
- Represent company at job fairs, events, and industry conferences
- Collaborate with marketing to design and post recruitment ads
- Maintain compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and safety standards

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged desk/computer work
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally
