<p>Seeking individuals with previous appliance installation experience or related experience that can be built upon. Experienced appliance installation technicians, once onboarded, have the opportunity to earn a good income ($70,000.00 to $100,000.00 plus is possible). Candidates requiring training more than onboarding will earn $16.66 per hour until proficient enough to work independently. This period is usually 1 to 3 months depending on the individual. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Ability to read a measuring tape and a level as well as use various cordless and hand tool is critical. Attention to detail and excellent customer service is a must. Candidates must be in reasonably good condition as this position can be physically demanding and requires good mobility. Candidates with residential and apartment maintenance experience and multi-skilled electricians and plumbers are usually a good fit and do well.</p>
