Description of the role:
As a Per Diem Home Care Clinical Supervisor at Sunlight Senior Care in Des Moines, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical services and ensuring high-quality care for our clients.
Responsibilities:

<li>Supervise and coordinate home care services</li>
<li>Provide training and guidance to staff members</li>
<li>Assess and address clinical issues as they arise</li>
<li>Develop care plans and monitor their implementation</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Active RN or LPN license in the state of Iowa</li>
<li>Prior experience in home care or a similar setting</li>
<li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
