Job DescriptionKimco Staffing is seeking CNC Lathe Operator/Programmer in El Monte!

Hours: 3:00pm to 12:00am + OT
Monday- Friday
Pay $23.00-$ 30.00 DOE
Full time
Responsibility

• Setup and Operate HAAS CNC lathes
• Read and Edit Gcode as needed
• Read Blueprints to determine scope of job
• Use calipers and hand tools to complete jobs to scope

Requirements

• 2+ years of CNC lathe setup, program editing, and operation.
• Algebraic skills from high school
• Capabilities in measurement
• Basic technical drawing interpretation
• Quality control requirements that are fundamental
• Safety requirements
• Mechanical skillsets
• Ability to communicate
• Ability to think critically
• The ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances
• The ability to keep an eye on things
• The ability to manufacture products with tight tolerances
• The ability to accurately measure, cut, or work on goods.
