A DMV Security Firm is seeking an Office Assistant who can prioritize and perform tasks efficiently and support our team with exceptional organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to ensure smooth office operations
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and in person
- Perform invoicing and assist with light contracting duties, corresponding with clients, scheduling staff, spreadsheets, and assist with other clerical duties
- Utilize MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for daily tasks
- Maintain accurate records and manage office communications
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of clerical/administrative experience
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and telephone systems
- Experience with invoicing and basic contracting
- Flexible work schedule; ability to adapt to changing needs
- Outstanding people skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Experience in a security environment is a strong plus
