Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Previous experience providing SLP services in a school setting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation of progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute clinical insight to team discussions
- Provide direct and consultative services across a variety of age groups and needs
