- help prepare ingredients for cooking. examples: chopping vegetables; preparing sauces; measure food portions
- work closely with chefs in the kitchen to prepare meals for guest
- Dishwashing (night time wednesdays & thursdays)
- maintain cleanliness of utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment
