Job Description

We are seeking Certified Journeyman Electricians to take on Commercial Solar projects across CA. Majority of the work will require travel (50-70%). This role involves working on a 3 phase power system, handling everything from the switch gear to the inverter, as well as installing up to 1200amp disconnects.

Candidates will benefit from a company vehicle, a gas card, prevailing wage compensation (80% of jobs are prevailing wage), covered lodging (shared rooms) and per diem via DIR for travel jobs 4-10 days as often as possible so workers can be with families on the weekends.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, including 1200amp disconnects and 3-phase power setups
Work effectively within small teams on commercial solar fields
Perform electrical system tests and ensure adherence to safety standards

Required Qualifications

5+ years of electrical work experience
California Journeyman Electrician Certification
7-year criminal history, a DMV report, the sex offender registry, education verification, and drug testing (which excludes marijuana).
