Our client in Chantilly, VA is looking for a motivated, self-starter with a strong attention to detail to join their team! If you are tech savvy with an aptitude for Quality and career growth is important to you, apply today!

Location: Chantilly, VA
Schedule: Mon-Fri, Mon – Fri,7a – 330p (potential to go hybrid)
Compensation: $23.00-25.00/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Pulls and organizes product data documents.
  • Marks up and organizes electronic files for specifiers' final approval.
  • Cross-references job documents with electronic files.
  • Identifies and questions any discrepancies between provided files and job requirements.
  • Manages the approval process with specifiers.
  • Handles Adobe comments from specifiers and sends them to the customer.
  • Determines if items are approved for shipment or if further information is needed.
  • Documents any outstanding information required from the customer.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or designate.

Qualifications

  • High School Degree
  • Tech savvy
  • Experience with Adobe (entry level)
  • Experience using Bluebeam is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and problem solve
