Team Lead Responsibilities

Oversee in-house inventory management, including collecting daily count sheets from provider staff and conducting bi-weekly store counts in collaboration with the Inventory Manager. Communicate relevant updates to the Operations Manager to ensure a seamless inventory flow.

Maintain operational efficiency and office presentation by assigning and overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping responsibilities for the in-house team.

Serve as the first point of contact for basic logistical and operational issues during shifts; develop practical solutions and document communication with the Operations Manager via the communication log.

Lead staff development and training, contributing at least one training session per month during All Staff Meetings (topics may include policy, products, services, promotions, protocols, or vitamin knowledge).

Review and sign off on medical charts weekly. Charts from the prior week must be reviewed and completed by the end of the current week (Saturday).

Communicate required chart corrections to providers via email, copying Managing Partners for visibility and follow-up until completion.

Escalate charts requiring Medical Director review by emailing a list of patient names and chart dates to Stephen Gunnin.
Clinical & Operational Responsibilities

Administer IV therapies and injections.

Manage weight loss clients and provide ongoing support to NPs.

Conduct ozone therapy consultations and administer ozone treatments.

Identify patient treatment goals and deliver care aligned with their needs.

Foster a compassionate, professional, and calming environment for patients.

Address patient concerns by resolving issues directly or escalating when necessary.

Review and manage provider documentation.

Adhere to all care protocols, standards, and compliance requirements.

Collaborate effectively within a diverse, multidisciplinary team.

Support retail sales of wellness products.

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized work environment.

Perform effectively in a high-paced clinical setting.
Mobile Responsibilities

Provide support to the mobile care team as needed; a reliable personal vehicle is required.

Deliver care independently in clients' homes while maintaining clinical and professional standards.
