Responsibilities
Make Outbound calls to current customers to review policy changes
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Meet new business production/Sales goals and objectives as established.
Develop ongoing networking relationships
Prospecting and generating new business through referral sources.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Be outstanding at Customer Service
Requirements
Must be or get licensed in P&C as well as Life and Health
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Create relationships from a cold start.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
