This long-standing, well-respected small animal hospital in Newton, MA is seeking a Medical Director to lead their multi-doctor team. As Medical Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping the hospital’s clinical standards, supporting doctor development, guiding hospital operations in partnership with the Practice Manager, and fostering a culture grounded in teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.

About You
- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Massachusetts
- Leadership interest or experience, with a collaborative, coaching-focused approach
- Strong commitment to high-quality medicine & positive hospital culture
- Comfortable balancing clinical duties with leadership responsibilities
