Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse (MS/Tele RN) for a travel assignment at a major acute care hospital campus. This position requires flexibility to work rotating day/night shifts based on operational needs and may include floating to similar patient care units.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med/Surg and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to patient condition changes appropriately
• Administer medications, treatments, and patient education
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and charting
• Float to similar units as needed to support patient care operations

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of permanent RN experience in specialty prior to travel assignments required
• Minimum 18 months of recent MS/Tele experience required
• Travel experience accepted toward recent specialty experience requirement
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact RN license required at submission
• Certifications required:
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • NIHSS
• Strong telemetry and acute care nursing skills required
