Coastline Coffee Co. is a locally owned coffee shop built on community, quality, and good vibes. Inspired by surf culture and coastal living, a nod to where the owners are from, we aim to create a welcoming space where everyone feels at home. Whether they’re grabbing a quick coffee or hanging out awhile. We proudly serve ethically sourced coffee, local pastries, and made to order food.
We’re looking for a full-time barista who is reliable, people-focused, and excited to be part of a close-knit team. This position sits at 30-32 hours.
What You’ll Do
-Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages with consistency and care
-Provide warm, friendly, and efficient customer service
-Educate guests on our coffee, food offerings, and values when appropriate
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
-Assist with opening and/or closing duties
-Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive environment for both coworkers and customers
-Support events such as open mic nights or community gatherings when scheduled

-Barista or food service experience is required.
Schedule & Pay
-Full-time position (30-32 hours per week)
-Weekend and afternoon availability required
-Pay based on experience + tips
