Duties

- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Provide customer support via phone or email, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and timely responses.
- Handle administrative tasks such as typing reports, organizing files, and managing office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate/pick up necessary materials for projects at local distributors.
- Support personal assistant duties as needed, including travel arrangements or special project coordination.
Qualifications
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience as a receptionist is advantageous.
