We are seeking a Front Desk Office Manager. Boutique Chiropractic and Physical Therapy facility. Comprehensive Personal Injury rehabilitation for patients involved in work related and auto accidents. Responsibilities:

• Oversee patient referrals
• Plan and coordinate patient diagnostics
• Work collaboratively with managers to schedule our specialists twice/month
• Phones / emails / scanning

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in physical therapy and / or sports injury rehab
• Spanish speaking
• Willingness to learn
• Personal injury experience
• Excellent written, verbal and computer skills
