Emergency Room Registered Nurse needed for a rewarding 13-week assignment in Greenville, WI. This role offers 12-hour night shifts with an established healthcare facility dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced ER setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an 8-bed ER unit, maintaining a patient ratio of 1:4.
- Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate with healthcare teams and ensure accurate patient assessments and documentation.
- Employ Epic charting software efficiently, ensuring precise and timely documentation of patient care.
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as needed, with occasional float responsibilities across regional facilities.
- Adhere to required certifications and protocols, including WI RN licensure, AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Wisconsin RN license.
- Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, with at least 2 years specifically in Emergency Room settings.
- Proficient in Epic electronic charting (used in the past year).
- Completion of AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Candidates must have completed at least one prior travel contract; no new travelers will be considered for this position.
- Must reside within 50 miles of the corporate center in Neenah, WI.

Contract Details:
