Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What We’re Looking For:
- Valid South Carolina Special Education certification, or eligibility for certification
- Experience with elementary-aged students is preferred
- Skillful classroom management and an aptitude for differentiating instruction
- Ability to foster positive relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues, related service providers, and families
- Strong organizational skills for tracking student progress and maintaining compliance documentation
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver targeted, individualized instruction to students in accordance with Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to address a diverse range of learning needs
- Implement effective behavioral supports and proactive classroom management strategies
- Foster strong partnerships with general education teachers, service providers, and families to ensure a holistic approach to student growth
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to a collaborative team environment
